About Me…

I am Florencia Gasparini Rey, an independent consultant specialized in international sales, distribution, and market strategy for independent cinema and animation, with a strong focus on institutional and industry programs.

I have experience in international sales, acquisitions, and project evaluation for companies such as CMG, Reel Suspects, FilmSharks, and Blue Fox, bringing a strategic perspective to the positioning and international circulation of live-action and animated feature films, with a particular interest in genre cinema and horror.

I am currently the Coordinator of Ventana Sur Animation!, the leading industry platform dedicated to animation in Ibero-America, supported by the Marché du Film (Cannes) and Annecy International Animation Film Festival. In this role, I coordinate pitching sessions, works in progress, mentoring programs, and professional activities, working closely with institutions, festivals, markets, and public and private organizations.

I have also taken part in international Academy Awards campaigns, coordinating private screenings for voters in Argentina in collaboration with teams from Latin America and Europe.

In addition, I regularly collaborate as a jury member, project evaluator, mentor, and consultant in training and development programs, contributing strategic analysis and guidance to professional communities and creative teams.

My work is to develop and provide consultancy services, program design, and strategic support for institutions seeking to strengthen their participants, professionalize projects, and improve their connection to the international market.
